Is now a terrible time to exit Canadian Blue chip?

Half my portfolio are ETFs. The other half are: $Condor Resources Inc (CN.CA)$ , $The Toronto-Dominion Bank (TD.CA)$ , $Bank of Nova Scotia (BNS.CA)$ , $Fortis Inc (FTS.CA)$ , T, $Suncor Energy Inc (SU.CA)$ , $Enbridge Inc (ENB.CA)$ , and unfortunately $Algonquin Power & Utilities Corp (AQN.CA)$ .
