$Barrick Gold (GOLD.US)$ Dippin' my feet into the wheel strategy. Just sold a 17-strike put exp 12-06-24 for $54 in my IRA. We're near the lower support line of the ascending channel, with a falling wedge, at the same time that DXY hit multi-month supply. It seems like a high probability win. And if I get assigned, I'll sell a covered call on the way back up.
If we DO go into recession we know the Fed's playbook; zirp and brrr, which is highly inflationary.
I actually feel safer doing this than ...
