The Real Estate segment is involved in the development and rental of retail centers, multi-family properties, and office buildings. The Liquid Portfolio segment refers to financial assets, included in marketable securities, and cash-equivalent instruments generating interest, dividend, and trading results. The company was founded on October 19, 1977 and is headquartered in Willemstad, the Netherlands.
