On February 28th, Sina Technology reported that recently, Lantu Autos issued a statement in response to the lawsuit filed by Jay Chou's JVR Music for infringement, stating that the incident occurred due to related infringement from third-party authorized materials cited in May 2023. The company took down the relevant content on that day (May 18, 2023) and initiated an internal review process. Additionally, the production team of the related works also issued an apology letter, stating that the video filmed used a segment of a song by Mr. Jay Chou as background music, which infringed on Mr. Jay Chou's intellectual property rights, and expressed willingness to bear corresponding infringement responsibilities. Hitachi strengthens Datacenter business structure.
Hitachi <6501.T> announced on the 28th that it will strengthen its Datacenter business structure to capture the rapidly expanding demand for Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) and connect it to the overall growth of the company.
