S&P500 rallied and closed at a record high for the first time this year. This came after Trump said he demands interest rates to drop immediately. This is definitely good news for the stock market as it means borrowing costs are generally lower for companies.
There are also excitements on potential tax cuts and deregulation under Trump. All these have contributed to the recent market rally.

All 3 major indexes are displaying decent strength on the 2nd trading day of Trump 2.0. The S&P 500 is just a whisker away from their all time high.
The stock market simply loves Trump, doesn’t it?
On the earnings front, so far the performances of major US banks and megacap Netflix are pretty decent. Things are looking just too rosy at the moment
