$Intel (INTC.US)$ you can’t just magically create a foundry in an instant. It takes time and high fixed costs. If there is a mandate to bring chip manufacturing back to the United States, this company will rightly be thrust into the limelight. Undervalued stock.

my observations on bulls so far:
1. (we hope) elon will take over
2. (we hope) nvda/amd/qcom will take over
3. (we hope) the new CEO announcement will bump stock price
all these are based on "hope" other than fact but you see people here saying something like "I know for sure XYZ will take it over". it's the classic "I own the share so I am just self convinced it will go up because of evidence I made up in my head"
it's going to be a good pick for bears.
