追跌杀涨 OP Ping80 : use 10k as example, after deduct expansion ratio 0.35.is left 7% as example. from the 7% deduct 30% tax , the answer will be 5.90% (income focused)only. the price growth is around 4%. overall , annually the profit will be 9.9.%. the growth will change due to volatility. if the Market is going down. the income will play a defence role to cover a bit.
