Guaranteed 10%++ returns

$Juniper Networks (JNPR.US)$ HPE is buying them at $40/share by year end or early 2025, so buy in at $36 works out to 10-11% return.
Downside risk is DOJ disapproves the acquisition which is quite unlikely but may be delayed due to incoming Trump administration.
