$Hewlett Packard Enterprise(HPE.US)$ $Juniper Networks(JNPR.US)$Hewlett Packard Enterprise announced late Tuesday that it has reached an agreement to acquire Juniper Networks in an all-cash deal for $40 a share. The transaction is worth about $14 billion.
