JPMorgan's two subsidiaries have agreed to pay over $0.151 billion to settle a series of charges by the US Securities and Exchange Commission regarding their handling of clients and certain trades. The institutions announced on Thursday that JPMorgan Securities and JPMorgan Investment Management have agreed to pay this amount (including fines and compensation to investors) to settle four civil cases.
