Kingsoft Cloud Boosts AI Investments With Lease Deal
Kingsoft Cloud (03896.HK) and its affiliated entity, Kingsoft Cloud Network, entered into a financing lease agreement with CITIC Financial Leasing.
Gelonghui November 11th | kingsoft cloud (03896.HK) announced that, in order to accelerate the investment in ai infrastructure, on November 11, 2024, Peking kingsoft cloud Network Technology Co., Ltd. (the company's consolidated affiliated entity, "kingsoft cloud network") and CITIC Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. ("CITIC Financial Leasing") entered into a financing lease agreement after fair negotiation. According to this agreement, CITIC Financial Leasing agreed to provide financing and leasing services to kingsoft cloud network through the post-sale leaseback of certain servers, with a total financing and leasing principal amount of RMB 250 million. The term of the agreement is 3 years, and the initial annual interest rate is 4.3.
