If you want to start a position for long term gold, consider buying right now. current price even considering the pattern Gold, price will perk when economy is fully recovered, then pull back when inflation is low and growth of economy is high.

QMengColdJoke : They spent like 1 dollar per share. For 8 years, gold price 1800 means 0.4 per share, 0.6 per share for 2300. Then 4 years lower yield. Deal was done when stock price was 5 and gold price at 1900. quick math… Super cheap

QMengColdJoke Trytosaveabit OP : I see why market is not crazy. It needs capital spending extra 1 per share. After approval from government, expect to make money since 2029, so for 5% interest, NPV 1.5 per share for 1900 gold price. 2.7 for 2500 gold price. Considering risk of approval and blabla pricing in. But, trick is we know 1) KGC was robbed by Russia and war lord which causing low pricing. 2) Gold price will surely rising further in 2029. I added a little (gold is a little high in short term) but will buy a lot more if we have any pull back.
