KKR acquires an additional 5% stake in Eni Group's biofuel Business.
The Italian energy giant Eni Group announced on Tuesday that it has agreed to sell an additional 5% stake in its biofuels business Enilive to private equity firm KKR for €0.5875 billion (approximately $0.616 billion). Eni stated that this will bring KKR's ownership in Enilive to 30%.
