CEO of Apes : been waiting before buying another 1,000 shares after dropping further than what I anticipated. I definitely think this is a solid entry point. Here’s me thinking 1.6 was good but now it’s a no brainer

Too Tall : I’m holding right there with you. Keeping my finger on the pulse of this one. I think it’s going to turn around. I know a bit about this industry in the USA so want to watch it play out a bit longer.

10baggerbamm OP Too Tall : the only other possible scenario and this is really far reaching.. the company mentioned they were thinking about and considering taking the North American operations public on the NASDAQ as a us-based company. I've only seen what I'm about to tell you once before so I know a company could do it if they're a slime ball I don't know if this company will I don't think they would because they've been around a long time.
here's how it plays out this company is Cash Rich everybody knows that that's one of the things that attracted me to them they have over 50% more cash than they do the market cap of the entire company..
if they are able to get the stock below a dollar for 30 days they'll get a notice of delisting. so it goes to the pink sheets and the pink sheets if you will are highly a liquid trade with very large spreads. most people want to start gets delisted they just dump it take the tax loss and move on.
when this happens you get a stock that trades 5 to 10 cents a share it just collapses on the pink sheets because there's typically like one market maker. at that point I watched a company make an offer for a few pennies a share to all the shareholders that did a publicized offer we're buying all the stock this is the offer if you don't accept it your stock is worth zero because we're going to go private we're taking our company private.
so in effect they bought the company back for pennies on the dollar. and then they went public a year or so later on the NASDAQ I think they were like 7-8 bucks a share if my memory serves me.. and the people in the company that bought the stock for the few pennies made an absolute Fortune. so that's the absolute worst case scenario do I think this company is doing it? no I don't because they've been public for a very long time like going back to 2006 something like that.
