$Laureate Education (LAUR.US)$ there’s approx 180 mil outstanding shares and 125 mil in float. At $10 per share, that’s 60 million shares ti be bought back or roughly 1/3 of all shares and half of the float. This essentially is like a 2-1 reverse split of the float.
