• Sumchi : I'm sure the offering failed to reach their target. No institutions or private investors will buy a share at $.41 when they are selling on the market at and below $.36. News that the offering is closed and the shares have been added to the float is going to make this run like never before.

• Jaguar8 OP Sumchi : Actually they did andraised more than $6M. Investors will still buy it at above market if the y are confident about the stock. That is how it works

• Sumchi Jaguar8 OP : I did just see that the announcement had already come out. That is amazing that they were able to raise so much when the price was so low .29 at one point. I can't wait to see what this does monday.
