$LL Flooring(LL.US)$ Live Ventures, a diversified holding company, said early Thursday it had sent a letter to LL Flooring's board on Wednesday containing the offer.
The deal would give LL Flooring, formerly known as Lumber Liquidators, an equity value of $194.4 million, according to Live Ventures.
LL Flooring said it didn't intend to comment further on the bid until the board's review of the offer was complete.
