Intuitive Machines (Nasdaq: LUNR) has announced the pricing of an upsized offering of 9,523,810 shares of its Class A common stock at $10.50 per share. The company has also granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,428,571 shares.
Additionally, the company will issue 952,381 shares to Boryung in a concurrent private placement at the same price. The combined net proceeds from both offerings are expected to be approximately $104.25 million...

I am seeing the same trend from day of earning report this november. just HODL stop selling worsening the situation for no god damn reason

Sean Parker OP Happy_SG : this news didnt come out until 12am so its not your fault. shit happens. i think it'll come back. its not always negative when they do this, ive seen stocks skyrocket after this. not often at all but it does happen if people are confident with it
