it does my heart good to see a stock finish a cycle and start to come back to where i want to buy it again.

Intuitive Machines (Nasdaq: LUNR) has announced the pricing of an upsized offering of 9,523,810 shares of its Class A common stock at $10.50 per share. The company has also granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,428,571 shares.
Additionally, the company will issue 952,381 shares to Boryung in a concurrent private placement at the same price. The combined net proceeds from both offerings are expected to be approximately $104.25 million...
