Steven J : actually $Semler Scientific (SMLR.US)$ is a far better option than $MARA Holdings (MARA.US)$ . SMLR is diversified and uses the cash it makes to buy BTC and does the Bitcoin Standard like MSTR. They will continue to increase their shares by doing public offering too.
MARA in other hand is not diversify company and its still a miner and doesnt support HPC.
Also note that SMLR maket cap is 569Mil vs MARA 6.6Billion
so there is upside to SMLR which continues to add $Bitcoin (BTC.CC)$ to its balance sheet.

although mara can get btc cheaper, they also have huge costs in equipment, land, labour, electricity, etc.
most miners are not profitable. if mara can manage their costs, then maybe it will be better.
