Databricks completed a $10 billion financing with Meta joining in. The founder stated that an IPO might occur in a year.
Databricks announced on Wednesday that Meta has become one of its investors, participating in the recent funding round totaling 10 billion dollars. The company also disclosed a 5.25 billion dollar Crediting facility led by JPMorgan. After this round of financing, Databricks' valuation has reached 64 billion dollars.
