Mike Hunt : Torchlight no longer exists.  It was an oil and gas company whose ticker was taken over by meta.  $$Meta Materials (MMAT.US)$ is the only thing that exists.  The remnants of torchlight are assets to be sold and distributed to holders of series A preferred shares with an exdividend date of June 23
