Cloud software company ServiceTitan applies to list on Nasdaq.
ServiceTitan is a company that sells software to contractors such as plumbers and roofers, and the company applied to be listed on the Nasdaq on Monday, with the stock code "TTAN". The filing indicates that investors may be increasingly interested in the next generation of software companies. This year, only a few companies like Reddit and Rubrik have gone public in the USA, while chip manufacturer Cerebras applied for an initial public offering (IPO). In 2021 or 2022, there were hardly any technology companies going public for the first time, as central bank governors raised interest rates to mitigate inflation, making investors less interested.
