unless president Trump changes the tax laws and typically that's an act of Congress the Bitcoin that he holds is going to have a massive tax and whether he pays it all at the end of the first quarter or prorates it on a quarterly basis this year the only way he's paying for it because the company is cash flow negative is to sell stock at the market / ATM.
additionally now if there's a preferred stock series the only way that he pays the 8% dividend based on power 100 pricing is to sell stock at the market/ ATM.
since we know a tiger doesn't change his stripes and Michael Taylor is like a crackhead to a rock once he has it he smokes it he's going to be buying Bitcoin once to twice a month he's not going to be doing 2 billion dollar convertibles every month which means he will be back selling stock he will be diluting shareholders and the value of his Bitcoin holdings which are about 65% premium to spot will continue to deteriorate they're not going to have the 200 vol they're not going to certainly have the 350 vol which is volatility premium and they're not going to command to 65% because his whole strategy at this point is very transparent.

why can I say that with 100% confidence it's real simple if you look on his balance sheet you don't even see where he derived any income from it last quarter that's number one number two a week and a half ago an application was made to NASDAQ to have options traded directly on bitcoin so right now people are able to short Bitcoin naked and also by buying puts on Long ETFs that own physical Bitcoin now they'll be able to do it directly with Bitcoin and be able to circumvent the ETFs and I have no doubt that nasdaq's going to approve this so that is one of Michael saylor's strategies loaning Bitcoin out which he made no income from this past quarter and you can put a big X through that as I just said so what does it leave well it leaves his ability to sell convertibles and by Bitcoin but he believes because his Bitcoin is worth at one point 200% more than spot and now it's about 65%. that's how he's able to create this phantom income that he claims to achieve this income that he believes makes him the most profitable company in the world.
and this is sheer lunacy because this is no different than as an example all of these commercial properties that are on bank's books that are still valued at pre-covid levels when they had 95 and 98% occupancy many of which now are only 10 or 20% occupancy. these properties have not been marked to Market they haven't been revalued on the banks books hence this was a problem almost 2 years ago when we were talking about where many people said there's a trillion dollars of bad loans on the books and this can crash the banking system.
well Michael sayler his Bitcoin is the same as these properties that are still valued at this enormous premium to reality and his Bitcoin is only worth spot price it's not a 65% premium because he contrived away to get the world to believe that he's able to create these extra methods to make money with his Bitcoin and it's a bunch of bullshit.
so he's going to continue selling Bitcoin he's going to dilute shareholders he has no choice you see he has timing of a broken clock he bought Bitcoin at $97,300 and 4 days later it's below 78xxx. this hardly makes him an expert this makes him a crackhead with a rock in his hand at the minute he's got a buck he spends it because he's delusions that you're going to have 21% appreciation and Bitcoin and perpetuity and it's going to be 13 million dollars a coin in 2050.
