why would they say yes to saylor ?
btc is too volatile . no one wants to shake the boat

ahhao OP TechWhiz : Unless they know that their boat is sinking. If enough shareholders wants Bitcoin as part of their treasury, msft board has to do it, otherwise, they might lose shareholders’ confidence. Confidence, as saylor pointed out, their reinvestment of capital into buying back their shares is eroding their very capital they are trying to preserve.

ahhao OP : That being said. I do think that msft, as an old corporation, might reject the proposal. As u pointed out, no one wants to shake the boat.
