Nisdey 152343525 : you speak as if "highly leveraged" is only a positive thing. it also carries substantial risk. something a straight up BTC ETF doesn't.
Also, that ETF won't issue convertible notes diluting your shareholding down the line. which will be factored into its valuation, limiting its upside even if BTC doubles in value by this time next year.
Notice how $MicroStrategy (MSTR.US)$ strggles to stay above $400.

I've not lost money on $MicroStrategy (MSTR.US)$ , just like $Trump Media & Technology (DJT.US)$ I knew it didn't have any real I trinsic value and was just a proxy for sentiment about BTC breaking $100K. Now that it's happened, it goes being back to a debt ridden, unprofitable, crappy software company, who's owner lost interest in its day to day operations and instead went and played with Bitcoin using his shareholders money

EZ_money Nisdey : they turned him into a bitchcoin advocate just like Musk, Cathy Wood, who are all liberals BTW.... strange to see Trump do this. the reason why liberals were against it was because they use it to funnel money out of Ukraine, washing tax payer money because our weapons sent there are being sold in the black markets and showing up in other countries now even in the Mexican cartels are getting weapons this country sent to Ukraine. notice there's no accountability for anything over there?
Saylor tried convincing Microsoft to buy they said no and he told them you losing billions by giving out dividend ms and doing buy backs.....who in the hell would want to invest with someone who says that and obviously doesn't care about the investors. he just cares about pimping BTC out like it's must have and it's going to make everyone rich.
