Doctor D 102597866 : he’s not issuing stock that’s a lie, he got authorization to issue stock in the future, these stocks will be slowly sold off for the next 20 years not all at once, you people obviously don’t realize how MicroStrategy works, this stock authorization is amazing and guarantees MicroStrategys success for decades, the whole business of MicroStrategy is selling more stocks at a higher future price and buying bitcoin, hello people that’s how this company makes money and the sole reason the stock has outperformed every other stock on the market, it’s a novel game plan and it works amazingly well, without the option of selling more stock this company would not exist. He sells stock at a 60-80% premium and takes that premium and buys bitcoin and in turn the stock is worth more everytime he does that. example for every dollar os stock he sells he makes $1.60-1.80 so it’s a huge profit maker and the rich people buying these stock options only make money if the stock goes up and buying more bitcoin with the profits automatically makes the stock worth more, its a genius hack he has found and in this novel case dilution is actually a good thing because by dilution MicroStrategy is making billions which in turn makes the stock go up so for example for every 10% of dilution he males the company worth 16-18% more in turn makes the stock go up and rinse and repeat, it’s revolutionary. that being said this authorization to sell billions more in stocks over the next few decades really sets the foundation for this strategy to continue for years and in turn this stock will continue to go up for years to come. Don’t be a fool, but if you think otherwise than this stock is not for you and you should sell and move on to a more dumbed down stock that you will more easily understand. glta
