10baggerbamm : I just went to several sites the world is filled with idiots that's the only way I can explain it these are the people that voted for Harris they're just morons with their attempt to trying to justify that the owners the holders of the convertible went short to stock and now Michael Saylor is doing them a favor because they're short position went against them so he's converting their note early to help them out cover their short position to mitigate losses in hopes that they'll come back and do another convertible note in the future.

if you are a creditor you own the convertible note and you do something so stupid as to short the stock in the current market and it went against you you do not have the ability to demand the debtor which is micro strategy Michael sayler to call your note early and convert it to common stock class A to cover your massive loss because you freaking shorted it.
these are the idiots that exist in the real world that are supposedly smart people to have come up with this explanation these are the analysts that I've corresponded with this is how stupid they are to come up with this idiotic asinine explanation
