  you don't pay off a convertible that's at 0% when you have convertibles that are outstanding that you pay a coupon on number one
  therefore there's a reason that somebody wanted this to be done there's no way Michael sayler would have had this Epiphany now I'm going to be a nice guy and redeem a convertible series 2 years early there's no logic to it so somebody must have wanted to get the hell out and threatened him and this is Big money buying these convertibles these are not my little broke ass as an example with 7 plus million that I trade these are multi-billionaire people these are conglomerations corporations these are countries that are doing this and somebody must have threatened him and said you're going to give me my money back I'm not fucking waiting I want out well he doesn't have the billion in cash because it wasn't redeemable for cash it was redeemable in stock that's why in my mind he called it so this group is going to be dumping the stock and I think they started to sell purely conjecture because you can short stock everybody knows that and you know you're covered with your long position that's coming in so if you do some basic math how many shares are a billion dollars this stock is going to get fucking crippled if they hit that bid

• 10baggerbamm OP RiskGame : how's the quarter if you are a debt holder you can't dictate terms and conditions to the creditor
  you hold the debt you are senior to common unless it's outlined in the contract of that offering you can't go back to the creditor and say I want my money back I want out give me my stock now I gave you cash up front you bought Bitcoin.
  so if you are that convertible note holder and you decide to do some synthetic option trade and your panties are in a bind somehow you leveraged a billion dollars and it's coming due I don't know what they did you can't go back to the creditor and say I'm screwed man I need out now help me because Michael seller would go look man if you shorted the stock if you got to buy it back in the open market that's your fault that is nothing to do with me

• 10baggerbamm 102597866 : you don't know what you're referring to this was convertible into stock there is no cash involved it's not like he paid off the debt holders in cash and it reduced the balance sheet by that cash amount he paid off the debt holders the convertible series holders in common stock that they can now liquidate so this has nothing to do with Michael S needing $
  and it's not like Michael sayler was the owner of a convertible note in another company and he wanted it redeemed for cash or stock that he could sell to turn to cash..
  so your statement does not make any sense no offense but it's wrong

• 10baggerbamm OP : no logic to this you issued notes that will come due in 2027. why the hell would you call those notes 2 years early issue more shares which dilute shareholders for what reason you already bought the Bitcoin when you did the convertible note now you're going to convert and close out the series of debt . the people that made the investment are prepared to hold it to 2027 so why close the debt out why call the note there's no fucking reason to do it
