$MicroStrategy (MSTR.US)$ There's 2 issues now with MicroStrategy which is bothering the market. First is the 19b tax bill for unrealised gains which I don't see happening. With Biden still in office, that's another story. Trump will sort it out soon because he himself is sitting on a whole shit load of unrealised gains in crypto. And besides, it's a dumb tax ruling which needs to be changed.

Mhmmm…if you sell your shares now you getting played. I bet these bond holders converted early to try and make the stock tank since they’re also holding short positions. If true, that tells me all I need to know. If this is true then they’re converting early because they’re desperately wanting the price to go down. They know it’s about to take off and they’re hoping to create some fud and get everybody selling.
