you want to own Bitcoin by Bitcoin if you want to get leverage which is what microstrategy was all about because it had a 200% premium to bitcoin it's beta was significantly greater on its moves they were magnified dramatically more than what Bitcoin was moving in the past..
you want that leverage buy BITX
if we trade back up to $100 or $105,000 The leverage btx is going to provide a seamless transition to profits where is microstrategy if he wakes up one day and says my convertible that I just offered for 2 billion really isn't doing too hot and I want to buy more Bitcoin he's going to be back diluting shareholders by selling stock in the open market and this just puts pressure on the stock and it will not advance even if Bitcoin is up $1,000 in a day if he's selling it keeps the price down.
I know there's people that are butting heads with me saying oh but it was the number one investment last year and I can use the same argument about Tesla for a 2-month period of time frame how much it moved and look at it now and I can use the same argument for NVIDIA the first half of last year but look what happened from July till now what's it done nothing... so as I say past performance is no indication of future and I think the value-added proposition of Michael sale or to microstrategy stock is being diminished daily as the adoption of Bitcoin continues as other companies are offering convertible notes and their Bitcoin trades at spot it doesn't trade it a premium all you have to do is look at any of the mining companies that have purchased Bitcoin in the past as part of their balance sheet it just trades at the value of Bitcoin it does not trade it a 75% premium let alone a 200% premium it just trades at what it's worth

10baggerbamm : you're trading a declining stock ... that is like Russian roulette there's enough stocks out there that are in an upward trend that trading the channel that it's a hell of a lot safer but nevertheless congratulations you made money at the end of the day that's all that matters

10baggerbamm : all right you don't know what you're talking about you have to understand a few things number one an ETF can trade at a discount it can trade a parody or can trade it a premium to net asset value so depending upon the volume of buys and sells going into the ETF at any particular time it can trade at a discount to not only net asset value but a discount to the common stock or could trade at a significant premium to the common stock if you have more people buying this if more people buy this ETF it will trade higher then what the common stock is doing so you probably should learn a little bit before you make a comment that is well it's just plain foolish

TPN OP 10baggerbamm : i inow what are you talkinv about, normally it works as usuall fall and raise 2 times but yesterday it was only 1.2 or 1.5 times. i nought many T-Rex etfs and yeaterday was the worst evercos it happned to tesla one as well.

10baggerbamm : institutions are abandoning the common stock this trades obviously at a leverage to it this doesn't really have institutional presence but the common stock does and institutions have been a net seller since January 24th and they're going to continue they will my opinion eliminate all if not most of their entire holdings
