晴瓦林 : Why bother with Bitcoin when the US economy is going down? Even $ProShares Ultra Gold (UGL.US)$ is deflated too🫣. Now the call option is gonna expire the next day, so there will be more sell-off soon. I'd like to let my money rot in cash rather than stocks right now.
Aaron Invests (AI) OP 晴瓦林 : It's up to you to believe. Looking forward to some may believe that the digital currency will be a better reserve than Gold. Gold had been surpressed and controlled as they want to keep the dollar value to be more valuable. Since crypto is decentralised. It had shown that Bitcoins had reflected better on the current inflationary situation and what is the true value of dollar. Please do your research about crypto and don't take my words as a whole. Research about it why crypto is a possible new currency.
晴瓦林 Aaron Invests (AI) OP : I'd like to use real estate as my reserves than Bitcoin. But Bitcoin isn't a bad investment vehicle; the max drawdown just doesn't match my taste. I can tell that real estates generate rental income and appreciation in my country Malaysia. But gold doesn't generate any value except to protect against inflation. And Bitcoin is more about the next person who pays more than you than about being a commodity to use.
Aaron Invests (AI) OP 晴瓦林 : Bro I too am a Malaysian but it's maybe I got used to seeing virtual that I am comfortable with BTC.
晴瓦林 Aaron Invests (AI) OP : But it doesn't mean that real estate is all good; the intangible aspect of Bitcoin and banks makes it painless to pay your lunch with it. While real estate takes months to turn it into cash.
