Oct 2024 marked my 5th month in investing.
In June & July, I was setting up my portfolio, just experimeting and immersing myself in the new environment.
In Aug & Sept, the USD devaluation swept away a big chunk of my capital. By this time, I still knew very little, so my attitude was that of risk-aversion. I bought up a lot of high dividend stocks, which turned out to be dividend traps, and US WHT made it a double wammy. So, undoing those mistakes...

I started to sell covered calls 3 weeks ago. Then I discovered rolling a covered call, so I put that into practice.

it did reached 30 today , next week, I expect high movement because of the dividend, I sell today, 30 $ .
Tazzin 151244563 OP : Oh yeah, it did, nice! The dividend doesn't come until 20th this month though, I think that's the ex date. Could it possibly go higher? I'm kinda waiting to see haha, if it does I might sell also and rebuy on the ex date
151244563 OP Tazzin : in my opinion I think until 20th this month the price will be between 27 to 29 , but MicroStrategy Q3 results may lead MSTY to trading lower, I think MSTY support price is 27.30 and the resistance is 30 for the next week, Just personal opinion.
