India's antitrust institutions have rejected apple's request to suspend the investigation report.
According to revealed internal orders from regulatory institutions, india's antitrust agency has denied apple's (AAPL.O) request to suspend the release of an investigative report that found the company in violation of competition law, allowing the case to continue. The india Competition Commission (CCI) ordered the recall of the investigative report in August, after apple claimed that the regulatory institutions disclosed business secrets to competitors in the case as early as 2021, including the owner of Tinder, Match (MTCH.O). CCI requested that all parties return the report and destroy all copies. The regulatory institutions then issued.
