Metros Development Co Ltd is a real estate consulting company that identifies and purchases what it believes to be underdeveloped real estate properties (land and/or buildings) and re-sells such properties to real estate developers so that properties can be redeveloped. It does not develop, redevelop, or participate in the building or construction of any real properties. It also does not engage in realtor services nor does the company provide services such as title services.
