  the housing market is constraint by the fact that homeowners don't want to sell their house with a 4% or a 3.5% fixed rate and go buy a smaller house in a different area and have a plus percent 30-year rate so that's the quandary right now that limits the supply also you've got 20 million illegals in this country courtesy of Biden you're finding out through Doge that that scumbag Biden gave illegals money to buy houses as a grant so whatever the terms were live here for 2 years and it's yours you know they made it very friendly to them pretty nice president huh fuck homeless veterans buy illegal aliens houses and cars that's what Biden did..
  so yeah a president Trump's successful in getting all these illegals out of the country you're going to have a huge amount of houses become available which doesn't help interest rates but it does help the supply issues.
  regard to toll Brothers they said they had one very large commercial project that got pushed off and that's why they had like I guess a top line miss it close the next quarter not this quarter
  but they're also a home builder as well in their light and their guidance for building houses because of interest rates

The problem with many government is the officials don’t know how to increase wages. Unlike Singapore that brings in high income industries and push out competitive wages industries to its neighbouts… There’s a win-win in there even the citizens are happy to travel an hour for work.
