10baggerbamm : short term you have descending rallies three in a row at each one is successfully less support is still about the same. however when you see that lower Bollinger band start to curl over which it's what is doing now that's exactly what you're pointing out is what I see happening.

10baggerbamm Warren Buffed OP : the sell-offs are 100% directly related to chairman Mao or the Federal reserve when he reversed from being dovish to hawkish and he reduced the number of cuts now everybody is focused on every last bit of economic data which is bullshit fabricated data it's always wrong and it never benefits the party that's going to be coming in office amazing how that works so I think you're going to see worse than expected numbers worse meaning strong economy strong jobs which is bad for the stock market because it reduces the potential for cuts also it sends yields higher which is the second problem.
so until Trump gets in office and gets this shit bag out of the Federal reserve or puts a gag in place around his mouth so he can't talk openly and freely after his fomc meetings which pal has done at paid events he tends to run his mouth about the economy and how inflation is coming under Trump amazing he's able to make projections yet he always has told us he's so dated before he can reach conclusions.
so I think every rally should be sold short term until Trump gets in

I'll tell you there's better short-term traders on this site than me because they sell the rallies they take their money I don't for the most part I'm looking at core positions I trade around them and I use a lot of leverage ETFs along the way and when you get these rug pull events like yesterday it's an enormous percentage of portfolios mine that get hammered it hurts.
so for me what I did yesterday and I will will be the first to tell you in retrospect it was wrong I should have cashed out when I saw everything rolling over but then you have to figure out where is your re-entry point and are you going to be day trading your entire account or you going to have a court position that you believe 6 months a year or two years down the road is going to be much greater so you have to figure out what percentage your portfolio is what.
and admitting that I should have cashed out a week ago when I talked about the 10-year treasury selling off what I did was I sold calls against core positions and short-term trading positions and I'm going to go naked on the calls and I'm going to double down today and sell more calls for Friday expiration because everything that I sold calls at is so far out of the money at this point and I'm not going to waste money buying those calls back or wait till my order fills to close out those positions so I'm just going to go naked and sell more calls at strike prices that I believe are not possible for the stocks to recover to between now and Friday obviously tomorrow is a holiday.
we've had serious damage done and it's dumping again more than likely the data at 8:30 is going to be bad I don't know but smart money tends to know in advance anyways shit leaks out and that's why I think the future is rolled because somebody got a hold of those numbers in advance.
so I would just tell people number one you either got to ride it out at this point so calls against your positions knowing that you could be wrong we could get called away.
but until Trump's in office I think you have to sell every rally and that means sell Bitcoin rally sell ethereum rally sell everything because when stocks rally is when retail gets screwed 100% of the time because they're just pulling the rug out from underneath us every time it Rally's
