• Dragon Fish OP AJ1977 : I am pro Nio against the shorties. But based on data available and discussion so far tonite is bear time. Last Friday I predicted Bull will beat the Bear. This is purely a prediction based on data presented in front of us. Sometimes we need to bash the Nio mgmt for the poor job execution also. Cannot pro Nio blindly like in the past.

• 103484522 : xiaomi one model already  proven better than nio 7 model combine. rnd is not doing a lot redundant and useless model that cannot make money. ceo alway give excuse to lost 10 billion usd in rnd but one model xiaomi not spending  10 billion usd already out sell nio 10billion usd rnd .ceo keep repeating useless rnd thus annually lost 2 billion usd in rnd .xiaomi won't give money to nip ceo to burn they set up their own ev and first model already outsell nio no need excuse to lose massive billion and ask for free cash to burn .

• Dragon Fish : Nio phone is extra service to Nio EV users only. Nio wanted to earn everything from after sales service from the Nio EV users. Thats why no one talk about it at all. Probably after 2025 with 1 mil EV users will start to talk about Nio phone.

  This business strategy basically involves NIO having more touch points with their users.
  The more touch points you have with your customers, the more opportunities you have to upsell them other products or services.
  Although the ultimate strategy for NIO phone is still relatively new, it is a good long term move for future revenue.
