Jiyue Xia's internal letter is suspected of plagiarizing NIO's Li Bin.
According to Sina Technology News on December 12, in the morning, Jiyue's CEO Xia Yiping released an internal letter on the afternoon of the 11th admitting that the company is currently facing difficulties and needs immediate adjustments. Some netizens pointed out that parts of Xia Yiping's internal letter were plagiarized from NIO's Li Bin's internal letter in 2023. Xia Yiping's internal letter mentioned that in this new entrepreneurial phase, the following four aspects must be addressed: 1. Continue long-term investment in core technologies to maintain a competitive edge; 2. Strengthen sales and service capabilities to cope with intense market competition; 3. Merge departments and positions with overlapping functions and reform inefficient internal workflows; 4. Cut back on areas that cannot improve finances in the short term.
