NIO Inc Stock Discussion

74216494 : US investors obviously like to buy American stocks. Question then, why don't the Chinese buy Chinese stock ? Wait a minute, Chinese investors buy Chinese stock, i.e. XIAOMI or ZEEKR. Or also XPEV. Then the question is, is why should US-investors buy NIO, when not even Chinese do ?

GoldDragon OP : Actually not sure how accessible is Nio shares  to the Chinese as it's not listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange. Can they buy from HKEX?

74216494 Dragon Fish : Thank you for this detailed explanation. Then again the question, why should US investors buy NIO shares, when not even Chinese do  this ? May be, they recognized NIO as a corp, just to drain the money from the American investors, with no serious intention to make a profit ?

74216494 : ... NIO's market value should be much higher than XPEV's. ... Why ? Because of NIOs increasing losses ? Or, because NIOs "Leading ZERO" does not dare to buy NIO stock himself, at actual prices, whereas XPEVs ceo did, and made a bundle ?
