December 13th which seems a lifetime ago yet it was just one week, I said that service now was trading too far above its 20-day moving average and 100% of the time that it had reached a point above its 20-day to the extent that it was it always corrected. I said I didn't know what the catalyst would be but it would come down to its 20 day and might go through it.

-AXA has 150k employees w/ 30-50k seats of CRM. Top 100 customer and spend 50-80m EUR / year. Purchase sales, marketing, fin svcs, health clouds – along w/ MULE and DATA.
-Have 2 contracts w/ CRM for 5 years as of 1/24. 1 is for France and the other is for all entities. Have been increasing spend materially as expanded deployment, and also went from enterprise contract to unlimite...

not only from his execution ability but also something that is highly lacking with many CEOs and that is his ability to empower and speak and motivate shareholders investors and draw people in when he's being interviewed to the extent that you want to buy stock in the company. and that's a rare quality he is a salesman of salesman and he's a leader from a management standpoint one of the best.
the stock right now is holding a critical level of support at this morning's opening level it's bounced off of this a couple of times if the market sells off it could go down 30 or 40 points relatively easily and you would want to buy it on weakness it is expensive so you don't go crazy you buy a few shares here and there and you hold it.
