In response, NetEase Cloud Music's customer service stated that after communicating and verifying with the users, the overall logic of the listening report data is accurate. However, there are several common factors that may influence users' perceptions of data accuracy. NetEase Cloud Music indicated that the factors affecting user perceptions mainly include: 1. Multiple devices and multiple users listening to music: If music has been listened to using various devices such as car systems, televisions, Smart Speakers, etc.; or if the account has been lent to others for use, all this listening data will be recorded, which may affect users' perception of the data.
