OceansWave : Typically when you work for a company that awards stock options as a form of bonus, u got to wait for the maturity date which typical range from 1 - 2 years or even more.. (used to work for MSFT which does the same)..
When the stock options is matured, you can sell or hold the stock options depending on what you like.. it is normal for insiders to cash out their bonuses.. especially when the maturity is due.. does not mean that if I am CEO I should not sell my stock options awarded to me.. it’s my bonus..
Not seeing any big concerns that insiders are selling, rather cashing out their bonus.. from a trader perspective, they will see its a concern because it affects their profit as they are not like investors who hold for the long term..
In short, just have your stop losses or mitigation plans like selling covered calls or protective put options if one is too concerned about the prices
