Retailers buy in the open market, while big institutions sell heavily, meaning they purchased earlier before the official good news was announced. How its possible?

$NVIDIA (NVDA.US)$ down some more I LL buy. can wait it to go up. buy nvdia and AMD graphics cards, can't go wrong, unless no one play games or use 3d application. that is consumer mkt. corporate need for ai and heavy computing. mining crypto not sure.
