if you watch that in its entirety there's one primary flaw
he used the example of twice in history in this country and once in another where hard assets were seized in a bank account gold that type of thing.
and under his premise Bitcoin cannot be touched
here's the fatal flaw
ETFs are publicly traded you have an account your information is readily available to the powers to be with but a click
because you only own shares of and not Bitcoin and because it's in a brokerage account it can be seized so in theory all your Bitcoin assets invested in ETFs whether it's an individual spot Bitcoin ETF or a leveraged ETF they can be seized.
so if they would be seizing the government needed money then they would dispose of the Bitcoin and it would be sold causing well you know what would happen straight down a total collapse.
