it rallies less than the broader Market yet it falls more than the broader Market.
every time it gets to it's 20 day it reverses in the event that it breaks through it's never pierced it's upper Bollinger band yet.
the same exact stories keep getting regurgitated the hyperscalers are developing their own chips the hyperscalers don't have an roi on what they're ...
