• 10baggerbamm : if you look at all the SMR companies today they all spiked on this news and then they all sold off I think my opinion it is people that are the bag holders using a spike to sell their losses. I also think that the market makers know that tax law selling will continue until the last day of trading which is not that far away for this calendar year and I believe they're shorting a lot of the stock they let it run real quick they shorted on the way up and then they pull their bids and are able to cover cheap make a nice profit and basically a riskless transaction because they understand there's a long list of sellers with orders good till cancel above the market and when they see that Spike they're just going to go and hit the bids.. so they'll remove their out of the market good till cancel they'll take advantage of the spike and they start whacking bids
