$ON Semiconductor (ON.US)$ With a smart management, is the current valuation of P/E ~ 15 deep in value? Could be. However, this company has big sale exposure (>30%) to China, which could be displaced by domestic players. Additionally, the overall auto market content growth is questionable, probably just a mid-single-digit growth. The barrier of entry for auto market appears to be low. Lack of sizable upside is the problem.
