ServiceNow announced on Monday that it would acquire the AI company Moveworks for $2.85 billion. This will be the company's largest acquisition to date, aimed at investing heavily to enhance its IT operations. The transaction will be carried out through cash and stocks and is expected to be completed in the second half of 2025. Moveworks offers agent-based AI solutions to assist clients, whose customers include chip manufacturer Broadcom, Pivotal Networks, and social media platform Pinterest.
