Selling Skydance to Paramount at 4.75B. Then using 2.4B buy NAI, up to 4.3B for class A and class B plus 1.5B to reduce debt.
Total net cash investment 3.45B from Skydance (need to also add slydance valuation) and they can own 70% of New Paramount.
Real winner is still Redstone and Ellison. I wonder any BB will step up and start a lawsuit against Paramount or Skydance. if not share price of Paramount will always be surpresss as no brainer to...
